How will I know if my gift/order has been successfully delivered?
All deliveries will be made on the date you requested unless we notify you of any complications. If your order is within our local delivery area, you will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been delivered.

Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?
If your delivery is within our local delivery area, you will be offered rush delivery options (when available) during checkout. We provide convenient rush delivery service for an additional charge.
For funeral or sympathy orders, we coordinate directly with the funeral home to ensure your arrangement is delivered prior to the service. These time sensitive orders are always handled with the utmost care.
Please note that rush delivery times cannot be guaranteed for orders outside our local delivery area.

For hospital employee deliveries, do I need a specific location?
Yes, it is best if you provide as much information as possible. Department, building name, and floor or suite are all appreciated. Additionally, please provide a mobile number and department phone number to help ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner.
What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not home when a delivery is attempted, we will call and text the recipient to discuss their delivery. Weather permitting, we will leave the delivery on the doorstep or in another safe location.
If we are unable to reach the recipient and make the decision to leave the delivery on the doorstep on our own, we take full responsibility for the delivery. If there are any issues with the delivery, please contact us at 512-371-5640 or [email protected].
What happens if my delivery is refused by the recipient?
If your delivery is refused by the recipient, the item will be available for pickup at our store located at 2211 W. Anderson Ln., Austin, TX 78757 for 24 hours. No refunds will be given for refused deliveries.
